Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance. This role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Officer acts as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing concerns, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Human Resource, Psychology, Communication or any related course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong time Management Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the same field
