Work Location: Binondo, Manila

Contract Duration: 5 months initially with possibility of extension

Work Set-up: Full Onsite; Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
• Using job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases to find potential candidates.
• Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Negotiating offers and facilitating communication between candidates and employers.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Recruitment (This is a Jr-Mid Level role)
• Good Communication skills
• Experience in hiring Drivers (Cranes, Trucks, etc), Finance/Sales roles is a MUST
