Description

  • Assist in evaluating, analyzing, and implementing various Human Resources activities, including employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, and talent and performance management
  • Receive, process, and address day-to-day employee concerns, coordinating with relevant departments and personnel as needed
  • Prepare necessary documentation for employee-related transactions
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including data and movements
  • Compile and analyze employee data reports for submission
  • Update and maintain employee information in HR databases
  • Aid HR Manager in drafting HR-related correspondence such as letters, reports, memos, and emails
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR department initiatives, policies, and procedures
  • Support HR team projects, activities, and key deliverables
  • Provide confidential administrative support for HR disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Assist with secretarial tasks, including data entry, formatting, and document printing
  • Participate in the performance evaluation process
  • Maintain confidentiality of human resource information and operations
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and legal requirements
  • Process and remit government-mandated contributions of employees
  • Directly reports to the Manager


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English communication
  • Demonstrated expertise in Strategic HR, including Performance Management System, Employee & Labor Relations
  • Familiarity with Government-mandated Benefits and Labor Law is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
