Description

  • Execute and supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Employee Relations and management. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Documenting staff changes, performance reports, and communications.
  • Processing payroll updates.
  • Managing communications for the HR department.
  • Assisting with recruitment. Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening, interview and exams
  • Internal and External Relations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in labor policies and government mandated contributions
  • With good moral character and professional work ethic
  • Detail-oriented, diligent and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in Valenzuela City
