1. Graduated in a computer-related major, with over 3 years of mobile development experience and at least 1 year of Flutter development experience. 

2. Familiar with the Flutter framework, proficient in the Dart language, and possessing some cross-platform application development experience. 

3. Experience in native Android development, familiar with relevant toolchains (such as Android Studio) and debugging tools. 

4. Familiar with basic problem-solving solutions in mobile development, such as interface adaptation, network requests, and performance optimization. 

5. Possesses certain capabilities in UI/UX implementation, able to realize basic interfaces and interaction functions according to design specifications. 

6. Familiar with the Git version control system, able to independently complete code submissions and version management. 

7. Good team collaboration and communication skills, capable of effectively cooperating with product, design, and backend development personnel. 

8. Preference for candidates with a basic understanding of Flutter plugin development and a willingness to learn about mobile hot update mechanisms.
