Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architecture design and development of the blockchain risk control system
• Responsible for the development of on-chain fund traceability and tagging functions
• Optimize system performance to ensure high concurrency handling capability
• Collaborate closely with product and security teams to continuously improve risk control strategies

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• Over 7 years of experience in Java backend development, with a solid foundation in Java and a deep understanding of JVM principles
• Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, familiar with their core principles and best practices
• Familiar with commonly used middleware and their principles, including but not limited to MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.
• Familiar with big data processing technology stack, knowledgeable in data storage and querying tools like ES/HBase, with experience in large-scale data processing and performance optimization
• Experience in stream computing development, proficient in using real-time computing framework Flink, understanding its state management, fault tolerance mechanisms, and task optimization
• Familiar with business scenarios such as financial risk control and anti-money laundering, with experience in developing risk control systems preferred
• Experience in security incident response and emergency handling

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills and strong business comprehension
• Able to handle work pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in cross-team collaboration, able to effectively drive project progress
