Role: Real Estate Trust Accountant

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Makati, Angeles, Ortigas, Cebu

Schedule: Morning shift


Hybrid would be ideal work set-up.

Will consider working from home for the perfect skillset (however must be able to attend the office if no power or internet)


The role encompasses both residential and commercial trust accounting responsibilities and will require proficiency in managing two systems:

- Property Tree for residential trust accounts.

- Cirrus8 for commercial trust accounts.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will:

- Oversee day-to-day trust account transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

- Reconcile trust accounts, prepare monthly statements, and handle end-of-month reporting for both residential and commercial portfolios.

- Liaise with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders regarding trust account-related inquiries.

- Manage payments, deposits, and invoicing within both platforms.

- Collaborate with the property management and leasing teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Key Requirements for the Candidate

- Demonstrated experience in trust accounting, ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial sectors.

- Strong knowledge of trust account compliance in Australia.

- Extensive knowledge of trust accounting in minimum one of Property Tree and Cirrus8 (and the ability to learn quickly for the other).

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


Qualification and requirements:

- Experience in AU Real Estate

- Strong knowledge of trust account compliance in Australia.

- Extensive knowledge of trust accounting in minimum one of Property Tree and Cirrus8 (and the ability to learn quickly for the other).

Experience in all of the below tasks
