We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team at Combined Electro-Mechanical Supply, Inc.' in Bagumbayan, Taguig City. As a full-time Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures
• Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small practice or a medium-sized organization
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
