Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the mining pool, including account relationship management and VIP client relationship maintenance.

2. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication negotiation skills, follow up with clients, and meet monthly performance targets.

3. Provide effective recommendations to the team through data analysis and user research, making efficient use of internal and external company resources to enhance new user acquisition and increase revenue from existing users.

4. Communicate customer needs and closely cooperate with the mining pool technical team to assist in optimizing system functionality and enhancing product experience.

5. Respond to and address client issues promptly to improve user satisfaction.

6. Responsible for expanding business resources, participating in business activities, brand collaborations, resource exchanges, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; experience in blockchain mining pool operations is preferred.

2. Familiarity with mining pool operations, and an understanding of the mining process and principles.

3. Good English communication skills, able to express thoughts fluently.

4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of coordinating the work of various departments within the mining pool.

5. A certain understanding of the digital currency industry, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Note: Experience with mining machine manufacturers or mining pool businesses (large client maintenance and sales), travel to Shenzhen for meetings for 1-2 months.
