Are you confident speaking with senior decision-makers and enjoy uncovering client needs? As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for high-potential inbound leads. Your role is critical in qualifying these leads and passing them to the appropriate sales team with the right insights—setting the foundation for successful partnerships. You’ll also assist in early-stage sales activities and campaigns to help generate new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with inbound leads from Gartner.com and respond promptly
  • Understand the needs, priorities, and approval processes of potential clients
  • Qualify and route leads to the appropriate sales representatives using internal tools
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure deals stay on track
  • Support sales campaigns and business development efforts
  • Use CRM systems and engagement platforms to manage and track lead activity
  • Participate in regular training, coaching, and mentoring sessions

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 1–2 years of business experience, ideally in sales or a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with director-level and senior decision-makers
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and email follow-ups
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proactive, goal-driven attitude

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in the information technology or B2B space
  • Background in project management
  • Familiarity with sales tools or CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Executive presence and a strong drive to succeed
  • Interest in growing into more advanced sales or account management roles
