We are seeking a Logistics Engineer / Expert to join our project team on a large-scale industrial beverage facility, supporting layout optimization, racking strategies, and warehousing solutions.

What you do as a Logistics Engineer / Expert

As a Logistics Engineer / Expert, you are going to do the following:

• Act as the lead logistics expert interfacing between client, design teams, and vendors
• Guide warehouse zoning, equipment planning, and racking/system layouts
• Review and validate logistics design, ensuring compliance with client strategy, safety standards, and operational flow requirements
• Support the internal design team with logistics integration in all project phases
• Monitor deliverables and coordination deadlines for your area
• Ensure proposed solutions reflect practicality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency
• Align with design and project managers to provide advisory input to the client
• Support bid alignment, supplier inputs, and layout integration

For this role, it will be under the Industry and Buildings business line. You will work in close coordination with our regional teams and client-side logistics stakeholders .

Our other clients range from government bodies, development institutions (World Bank, ADB, etc.) to private developers. We provide them with a range of services throughout the various phases of a project: from inception, through master planning, feasibility, design all the way to construction management. Our projects are in the Philippines, but we also provide support within the APAC region and globally.

What you bring

• Education: bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or any related studies
• Experience: 8 years or more experience in logistics layout design, warehousing, or material flow optimization
• Sector Knowledge: industrial facilities (beverage or FMCG logistics are preferred)
• English: fluent / professional working proficiency
• Traits: highly structured, detail-oriented, proactive in proposing improvements, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Soft Skills: responsive and client-facing; independent and analytical thinker; collaborative and pragmatic problem-solver
• Technical Skills: strong grasp of warehouse operations, racking systems, and goods flow
• IT Tools: proficient in MS Office and comfortable with layout tools (AutoCAD)
