Description
- Set up and operate various machining tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform precision measurements and inspections of components.
- Maintain machinery and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; however, technical training is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in machining or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using machine tools, attention to detail, and basic mathematic skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Set up and operate machines, read blueprints, and perform regular maintenance.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
