Description

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, presentations, and customer documentation.
  • Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Handle inquiries and communication from clients via email, phone, or walk-in.
  • Maintain and update customer database, sales records, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely processing of orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
  • Support the team in managing online platforms, social media posts, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and organizing sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
