ABOUT YOU
Biotech Farms is looking for a Marketing Manager who will oversee the day-to-day marketing activities, develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy/Insighting: Create, oversee and implement marketing plans across multiple channels to grow the brand; monitoring industry trends and competitors to keep strategies updated and relevant. Work closely with the sales team to plan and deploy campaigns.
- Market Penetration and Customer Acquisition: Plan and implement multi-channel (offline & digital) campaigns to expand Biotech’s reach, brand awareness and new customer acquisition (B2C & B2B) in key markets
- Customer Retention: Establish and oversee Biotech’s CRM program and nurture existing customers through multi-channel campaigns and marketing automation tools
- Product Design and Launch: Spearhead packaging design and launch campaigns for new products, services or ventures
- Branding and Messaging: Enforce and maintain the brand’s guidelines across all channels, ensuring that all creatives are aligned
- Leadership and Team Building: Structure, build and lead the marketing team, mentoring, providing professional development guidance and ensuring team collaboration.
- Public Relations: Develop PR plans, engagement proposals, and strategies to cultivate connections; will represent Biotech Farms as a representative in PR events
- Reporting and Budgeting: Create metrics, benchmarking and tracking to evaluate the success of marketing efforts, updating the wider organization
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Proven ability to execute product/brand launch, marketing campaigns and strategies
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, Presentation and Analytical skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willing to be assigned in South Cotabato; hybrid setup
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in commodities, FMCG or consumer facing marketing role
