Description

Star Eye Specs Corp is seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand development and customer engagement efforts across our optical retail chain. You will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and driving growth through targeted promotions and partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the optical retail sector.
  • Create brand positioning and product messaging for eyewear and lens solutions.
  • Plan and manage seasonal and product-specific campaigns across physical and online channels.
  • Coordinate co-branded promotions with suppliers, optical clinics, and retail partners.
  • Oversee content creation, social media, and in-store marketing materials.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on analytics.
  • Lead market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Manage a marketing team and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely. execution.
  • Organize promotional events, PR activities, and in-store activations.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Php25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • 10 hours Monday to Wednesday (w/ 1hr lunch break)
  • 9 hours Thursday and Friday (w/ 1hr lunch break)
  • 5 hours on Saturday (w/ 30 mins lunch break)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in retail or health/optical industry
  • Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Excellent writing, visual branding, and campaign strategy skills
