Description
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to issues, and offer product or service information.
- Prepare and manage quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues by researching solutions and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Document and file reports regarding technical or customer-related issues for future reference and troubleshooting.
- Handle the processing of quotations efficiently, ensuring they align with client requirements and internal standards.
- Conduct site visits or ocular inspections as needed to assess requirements, gather information, and ensure project accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field.
- Relevant experience in customer support or technical roles.
- Proficiency in using quotation and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
