Description
- Responds to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
- Schedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basis
- Completes basic maintenance tasks on structures and other equipment
- Observes and inspects equipment to determine if servicing or further action is required
- Performing routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Repairing and replacing faulty components.
- Assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment.
- Can start ASAP.
- To be deployed in Makati City.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong understanding of technical blueprints and manuals.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
