Description
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies
- Manage statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Coordinate with Finance and HR for employee compensation updates
- Support audits and compliance checks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of payroll experience in a BPO or corporate setting
- Proficient in payroll software and Excel
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential data
- Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas
