The Performance Marketing Associate is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and analyzing digital paid media campaigns together with the Performance Marketing Manager, ensuring seamless execution. To succeed in this role, he/she must have a hands-on approach and drive activities associated with the planning and buying for cross channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, the latest products, and solutions, and

ensure media strategies are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performance.

• Plan and accurately set up campaigns on media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Google,

TikTok, Twitter, Viber, Lazada & Shopee In-platform.

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, ensuring achievement of target KPIs.

• Analyze data and create performance reports (bi-weekly, monthly, yearly), ensuring insights are highlighted

• Together with the performance marketing manager, ideate on media strategies, tactics, and targeting for

media plans, ensuring information is presented in a brand-friendly, digestible format

• Collaborate with necessary teams to ensure seamless media campaign management.

• Recommend new processes or workflow modifications on media strategy and planning to ensure consistent

and repeatable processes are used.

• Assist in managing the day-to-day marketing operations of partner brands & the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning & buying. Experience in CPAS & onsite solutions is a plus

• Basic Excel skills filters, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot is a plus
