The Family Driver is responsible for safely transporting the employer’s family members—including a school-aged child—and providing driving support for the company owner for personal and business-related travel. The role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and discretion.

• Safely drive the child to and from school, extracurricular activities, and other appointments as needed.
• Transport family members to various destinations including errands, appointments, and social engagements.
• Provide driving services for the company owner for business meetings, site visits, airport transfers, and other company-related activities.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all assigned vehicles.
• Plan routes effectively and be familiar with traffic conditions, using GPS or navigation apps to ensure timely arrival.
• Assist with loading/unloading packages or belongings when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Comply with traffic laws and company/family protocols at all times.
• Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor with all passengers.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters involving the family and company affairs.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position; hours may vary depending on the family’s and company owner’s schedules.
• May include local and occasional out-of-town trips.
• Must be physically fit and able to sit for long periods.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal or company driver (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and highly reliable.
