Description

  • Meets the patient’s goal and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and tests results, determining physical therapy treatment in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
  • Helps patient accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging and assisting patients perform plan of care.
  • Performs daily note taking regarding patient’s present condition, effects of physical therapy treatment and progression of treatment in accordance with the Rehab Doctor’s given order.
  • Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs, instructing family members, and caregivers.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment.
  • Complies with local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree holder
  • Registered Physical Therapist in the Philippines
  • At least 1-3 years work experience in a tertiary hospital
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • With pleasing personality
