Description

Lifting rolls when needed
Rolling packaging materials
Labeling finished products
Mixing paints
Cleaning used tools
Work on the production assembly line
Understanding of the mechanics of the product
Attention to detail to build correctly and to identify any faults
Flexibility to work in other departments as required
To attend training and seminars as needed
Be aware of Health and Safety standards, along with a strong understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace
Good personal hygiene and a tidy and appropriate dress sense; uniform will be provided that you will be required to wear
Punctuality and reliability are very important
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
Keen attention to detail, methodical work practice, organized, reliable, and motivated
Good personal skills and physical fitness is required as this job will involve manual lifting; this role will involve repetitive work
Ability to understand and work with people from a range of cultural and social backgrounds and to recognize that their values, practices, and customs may be different from your own
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy; organized, flexible, and resilient with a sense of humor
Ability to work alone and unsupervised

Requirements

High School Graduate
Must be 5’5" and above in height
Experience in production or as a helper or delivery helper
TESDA Certificate preferred if available
Certificate of Employment required
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
Experience in the packaging industry preferred but not essential
