  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and mail).
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
