Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
Organizes and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success
Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, record management, or any related field.
With experience in document management, archive management, or records management.
Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office Outlook, and MS Office PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of administrative/clerical functions in a corporate environment.
Good command of English verbal and written communication.
