Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to manage and oversee construction and fit-out projects from planning to completion. This role involves coordinating with contractors, monitoring on-site activities, ensuring projects are on time and within budget, and addressing technical issues. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring all work complies with safety standards, mall regulations, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
• Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
• Handle site inspections and address technical issues promptly
• Secure permits and ensure compliance with mall/building requirements
• Report regularly to management on project status and issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Willing to travel and work on-site as required
• Licensed Engineer is a plus, but not required
