Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects, designers and the project management team to develop construction plans that meet both aesthetic and structural requirements.

• Create detailed designs and calculation for precast concrete components, ensuring they meet project specification, building codes, and safety standard

• Oversee the production process of precast elements in the fabrication area ensuring they are manufactured to specification

• Precast detailing, connection details, section and planning

• Construction Oversight: Manage and supervise the assembly and installation of concrete precast, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, timeline and quality standards

• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including blueprints, material specifications and construction schedules.

• Problem Solving: Analyze and address construction challenges, providing efficient solutions to ensure seamless project progression.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all materials and construction techniques meet Precast quality standards.

• Cost Management: Work with procurement teams to source materials, track costs and ensure that projects stay within the budget.

• Sustainability and Innovation: Incorporate sustainable building practices and innovative construction techniques into the modular design process.

• Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications:

• A Licensed Civil Engineer

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry, preferably with knowledge on precast concrete high-rise building and/or rebar detailing, fabrication, and installation.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD 3d) strong knowledge of building codes and standards.

• Attention to details: Strong ability to analyze designs and construction plans for accuracy and adherence to standards

• Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges efficiently

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Willing to be assigned in Taguig, Metro Manila
