Description
- Responsible for managing on-site construction activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for efficient workflow.
- Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate progress to project managers.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or site engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, often in outdoor environments with potential exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
