- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or telemarketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in telemarketing, house leasing, and building key accounts; must hold a Real Estate Agent Certificate.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with frequent field visits; flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, strong sales acumen, and a proactive attitude.
