QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduate of Engineering

-At least three years of related work experience

-Background in Quality Assurance

-Oral and written communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Monitors, analyzes, and presents daily quality performance during cross-functional meetings to monitor and ensure operational efficiency and product quality.

-Identifies the source and gathers data about the complaints, facilitates meetings to perform root cause analysis, and prepares and submits corrective action reports (8D) to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with quality standards, and continuous improvement.

-Conducts audit to verify if corrective action is being strictly followed.

-Leads CFT (Cross Functional Team) for customer audit prep, including pre-audit, findings verification, and auditee assignments.

-Provides customer compliance reports and presents daily quality performance for operational efficiency.

-Drives compliance and completion of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) requirements.
