Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Record to Report Analyst to join our team. This role involves gathering and analyzing financial data, measuring SLAs and KPIs, building dashboards to support informed business decisions, and ensuring operational continuity during periods of attrition. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting and record-to-report (R2R) processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze financial data to measure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Build and maintain dashboards to visualize data and support business decision-making
  • Identify areas for improvement in current reporting and financial close processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize report-to-record activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business objectives
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate process performance and identify trends
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive process excellence
  • Monitor and report on progress of improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and financial reporting requirements
  • Provide critical support during periods of attrition to maintain continuity and stability
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to reduce operational impact during transitions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Record to Report
  • Must be knowledgeable of AP and AR processes
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up (3 days RTO) in Muntinlupa City
  • Must be willing to work day-shift or mid-shift schedule
