  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential candidate and hiring data with integrity.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
