Job Description

• Guide and monitor the sales representative to achieve the sales targets in the specific area.
• To introduce the product in the market.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Personally contacts and secures new business accounts and customers.
• “Get the sale” using various sales methods (field saturation, cold calling, presentations etc.)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Has experience working in a TIRE, AUTO BATTERY, or LUBRICANT industry.
• At least 3 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Track record of achieving sales quota in the field of automotive, industrial, or consumer industries.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Regional Sales Manager: 3 years (Required)
