- Responsible maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Requirements
- With at least two (2) year experience in a fast-food restaurant managerial level or leadership level.
- With experience in opening a start-up store from planning to execution and implementation.
- With Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Can recruit qualified candidates and do training of staff.
- Ability to manage numbers and analyze data.
