Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager located in Taguig City. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients:

• Account Management:
• Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and growth.
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Need Assessment and Solution Implementation:
• Identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring they are implemented effectively.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Tracking account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on results.
• Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Negotiating terms and conditions, managing contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensuring clients are satisfied with the products or services they receive, addressing their concerns, and resolving any disputes.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• With atleast 2 years experience in both in traditional and non-traditional advertising requirements (OOH and/or Special Execution)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ang Google Workspace
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• With existing clientele/network
