Administrative Duties:
- Organize and maintain company records, files, and documents (digital and physical).
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative tasks and company activities.
- Handle filing of permits, compliance documents, and other government-related requirements when needed.
Customer Relations Duties:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain a database of client information and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining services offered.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
职位要求
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- With experience in administrative work or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
