This job is open to Singaporean/PR, Passholder - EP/SP/WP/Others, Malaysian

Possess good technical skills in Residential Interior Detail Drawings (AutoCAD , Sketchup, Photoshop).
Prepared design proposal with materials , concept images and colour selections .
Assists in conveying design concept to clients in formal presentations .
Liaises and discuss design / construction issues with clients and specialist .
To work diligently to deliver services and complete projects to clients timely and professionally.
Minimum 1 years of Experience in interior projects or similar industries .
Able to work independently.

Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Designer role (Leads will be provided by the Company).
Earning potential of over $100,000 SGD per annum (Up to 70% Sales Profit Sharing Payout).
Preferably possess a Certificate in Interior Design from a recognised institution (not essential).
Independent with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Positive attitude, sales-driven, and highly self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight schedules.
