Description
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and presentations
- Maintain sales records and reports
- Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
- Support lead generation and research efforts
- Ensure smooth sales operations and process efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Support sales teams, assist in training, manage help desk operations, and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales support or coordination preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; potential interactions with clients in the health industry.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
