Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to encourage them in placing an order in our app. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management, providing valuable exposure to the sales process and business operations.

Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to encourage placing orders
Conduct follow-up calls with leads and prospects generated by the team
Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to accurately present and discuss with customers
Build rapport with customers and address inquiries or concerns effectively
Document and track all customer interactions, ensuring records are updated
Track daily call metrics and report on customer engagement and outcomes

Nice-to-haves:

Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related course
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Goal-driven, with a willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
