Description
- Lead and manage national sales and marketing operations.
- Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners nationwide.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Coordinate with product, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and prepare monthly reports.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine motorcycle market and dealer network.
- Proven ability to lead national sales teams and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel nationwide as required.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Passion for motorcycles is an advantage.
