Description

The Sales Procurement Specialist (Cagayan de Oro) is responsible for sourcing new clients and bridges sales efforts with logistics coordination and account management, ensuring client satisfaction through timely, cost-effective, and efficient supply solutions.


Client Sourcing & Relationship Building

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across target markets.
  • Promote company products/services tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to build long-term client relationships.


Sales-Procurement Coordination

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into procurement needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, quality, lead time, and terms with suppliers.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Head Office to align on client expectations, order status, and after-sales support.
  • Assist in resolving any delivery or quality issues promptly.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales procurement or client-facing procurement roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics coordination, and client account management.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Proven B2B client acquisition experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
