POSITION: Regional Sales Staff – Work from Home + Field Work

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME (from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. - 6:36 P.M.)

LOCATION: Work-From-Home with Regional Field Assignments

SALARY: ₱ 17,000.00 - ₱ 25,000.00- (with commissions) 



The Regional Sales Staff plays a critical role in Deus Enterprises Co.’s nationwide procurement strategy by preparing accurate and competitive quotations for government clients. This role is predominantly remote, designed for individuals located in regions with active government bidding and RFQ activity. While occasional fieldwork may be required for document drop-offs or local bid events, the majority of the responsibilities are performed through a Work-From-Home (WFH) setup.


On a daily basis, the Regional Sales Staff is responsible for identifying qualified suppliers, gathering price offers, and sourcing items—both locally and online—based on the requirements of government procurement notices. They will encode, cost, and prepare official quotations using internal templates, ensuring that company-mandated profit margins are consistently applied. Each quotation must be submitted to and approved by the assigned Regional Sales Officer, who will oversee pricing accuracy and compliance with bid requirements.

Close communication via email, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms is required, as the staff is supervised and evaluated remotely by sales officers based in Manila. Regional Sales Staff are expected to maintain detailed records of supplier quotes, sourced links, and product specifications for each RFQ they handle. In cases where bidding schedules demand physical presence, the Regional Sales Staff may be tasked to attend pre-bid meetings, ocular inspections, or assist in the physical submission of bidding documents within their region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Source suppliers and gather item prices based on government RFQs
  •  Prepare quotations with fixed profit margins using company templates
  •  Submit draft quotes for review and approval by the assigned Sales Officer
  •  Track and update cost sheets, product links, and supplier records
  •  Monitor procurement sites like PhilGEPS for new RFQs
  •  Communicate daily with Manila-based Sales Officers for coordination and reporting
  •  Attend virtual check-ins and maintain regular activity updates
  •  Assist in local fieldwork such as bid submissions, pre-bid meetings, or oculars when assigned
  •  Ensure timely and accurate handling of procurement-related tasks from home

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • Must own a laptop or desktop computer and have a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and PDF tools
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple quotations daily
  • Familiarity with online sourcing platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Alibaba, Amazon)
  • Preferably with experience in PhilGEPS or government procurement processes
  • Willing to perform local fieldwork (pre-bid meetings, bid openings, document drop-offs) as needed
