1. Manage existing customers and develop new customer relationships.

2. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.

3. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries/proposals from customers.

4. Responsible for the sales and marketing of electronic components products.

5. Support marketing activities at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

6. Conduct calls and sales visits to existing and prospective customers.

1. Diploma or higher

2. Candidates with prior experience in customer service are preferred

3. Strong learning capability. Analytical with good problem-solving skills

4. Organized, self-motivated, positive attitude, and results-oriented

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office

6. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

7. Empathetic and customer-oriented, with a passion for service excellence
