Description
- Assist customers, handle transactions, manage after-sales inquiries, and maintain store appearance.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Help with inventory management and restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential for weekend and holiday hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, team player, proactive, and customer-oriented.
