One Stone Builders is looking for a Company Secretary who is honest, hardworking, and eager to grow with our team.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of related experience (preferred but not required)
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Willing to learn and adapt
• Comfortable talking to clients in person and online
• Organized, proactive, and can handle admin tasks with efficiency

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office tasks and documentation
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with the operations team
• Schedule meetings, monitor deadlines, and support management

Location: 102 Kalayaan Ave., Diliman, Quezon City

Schedule: Full-time, On-site | Mondays to Saturdays
