Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing and implementing overall SEO strategies to enhance the natural ranking of the company's website on search engines such as Google.

2. Thoroughly analyze SEO data and website traffic, identify optimization opportunities, and propose specific improvement measures.

3. Regularly conduct website SEO audits, identify technical SEO issues, and work with the technical team to resolve them.

4. Improve the organic search performance of the website through keyword research, content optimization, and the development of external links.

5. Monitor and analyze industry trends, stay current with the latest SEO technologies and Google algorithm updates, and adjust optimization strategies promptly.

6. Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to ensure that page content aligns with SEO best practices and enhances page visibility and click-through rates.

7. Collaborate closely with teams in advertising, content editing, research and development, design, and others to ensure consistency in SEO strategies across all channels.

8. Provide regular SEO reports, evaluate the effectiveness of SEO activities, optimize KPI metrics, and support the achievement of the company's marketing objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

2. At least 8 years of experience in Google SEO, with successful optimization cases across multiple industries and large websites.

3. In-depth understanding of Google search engine ranking mechanisms, and familiarity with various SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

4. Strong technical SEO knowledge, familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies, with some experience in web development or CMS website creation.

5. Proficient in SEO skills including content optimization, keyword research, and large-scale automated on-page optimization.

6. Experience in large-scale backlink building and authority enhancement, with access to a substantial network of backlinks across multiple industries.

7. Proficient in writing Python scripts to handle large volumes of duplicate data and automate tasks to enhance work efficiency.

8. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions and optimizing strategies.
