Description

Job Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Mining: Collect, organize, and analyze business data to extract data value and support business decisions. Data Visualization: Utilize data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that clearly present data results. Business Support: Identify business growth opportunities and optimize processes through data analysis, providing actionable recommendations. Data Monitoring and Modeling: Establish and optimize data monitoring systems, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct predictive analysis and user behavior analysis. Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and technology teams to ensure effective implementation of data-driven decisions. Data Governance and Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data while optimizing data storage and processing workflows.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, or related fields. Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in SQL for data querying and processing, with experience in data analysis languages such as Python or R. Data Visualization Skills: Proficient in using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools. Statistics and Machine Learning Foundations (Preferred): Familiarity with basic statistical analysis methods and understanding of data modeling techniques such as A/B testing, regression analysis, and clustering is preferred. Business Understanding Skills: Strong business acumen, with the ability to comprehend business needs and translate them into data analysis solutions. Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think independently with clear logic, skilled at identifying and solving problems. Communication and Team Collaboration: Strong cross-team communication skills, capable of telling stories with data and clearly expressing analytical conclusions to non-technical personnel. English Proficiency (Preferred): Basic English reading skills, able to understand English data reports and technical documentation. Preferred Consideration: Candidates with relevant data analysis work experience are preferred. Experience in data analysis within industries such as Internet, Finance, E-commerce, or Gaming is preferred. Experience in machine learning modeling, data mining, event tracking, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is preferred.
