Lily & Co is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Officer to manage our social media channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating and creating engaging content, utilizing various AI tools, and providing insightful reporting on social media performance. This role requires a passion for storytelling through digital media, as well as technical proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in using graphic design tools like Canva and video editing software.
• Experience with AI tools for content generation and analysis, including but not limited to ChatGPT.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous work in social media content creation is highly desirable.
