1. Design, develop, and deploy applications based on the Solana blockchain;

2. Write, test, and maintain Solana smart contracts, ensuring their efficiency and security;

3. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the blockchain and front-end systems;

4. Optimize the performance of existing smart contracts and blockchain applications to ensure their efficient operation;

5. Conduct code reviews and security audits to ensure the quality and security of project code;

6. Track and research the developments in Solana and other blockchain technologies to drive project innovation and technical optimization;

7. Collaborate to solve technical challenges, ensuring timely project delivery.

1. At least 2 years of experience in blockchain development, familiar with the Solana network and its ecosystem, knowledgeable about the development and deployment of smart contracts;

2. Proficient in Rust or C, with Solana smart contracts primarily developed using the Rust language;

3. Familiar with the Solana SDK, Anchor framework, Tokens, and related tools (such as Solana CLI, Solscan, etc.);

4. Experience in writing and debugging smart contracts, familiar with on-chain data processing and state management;

5. Experience in dApp development, knowledgeable about blockchain integration in both front-end and back-end;

6. Knowledge of blockchain security, able to identify and fix smart contract vulnerabilities;

7. Good English communication skills, capable of reading and understanding English technical documentation, team spirit, able to collaborate across departments to solve problems and drive project progress.

Preferred Additional Skills

1. Participation in open-source projects or contributions to public code repositories such as GitHub.

2. Familiarity with oracle development and other blockchain platforms (such as Ethereum, Polygon) as well as cross-chain technology.

3. Comprehensive experience in blockchain project development, capable of independently managing project development and deployment.

4. Experience in exchange, DeFi, and GameFi development is preferred.
