Description
- Leadership & Team Management – train, motivate, and oversee staff performance
- Sales & Marketing – promote services, upselling treatments, and driving revenue
- Customer Service – handle client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Financial Management – Budgeting, inventory control, and revenue tracking
- Operations & Compliance – Ensuring hygiene standards, staff scheduling, and daily operations run smoothly
- Knowledge of Aesthetic Treatments & Spa Services – Familiarity with skincare, facials, laser treatments, and wellness therapies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or spa management is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry
- Proven managerial experience (at least 2 years in a leadership role)
- Experience in sales, customer service, and operations management
- Background in handling high-end clients or luxury services
- Willing to be trained in San Juan and assigned to Zamboanga
