Role: Tech Support Representative & Minor Web Dev VA

Tasks & Responsibilities

Client-Facing Communication

• Understands and effectively communicates clients' concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Provides clear, concise updates, accomplishment reports, and outlines next steps for clients.
• Ensures support tickets are addressed within the company’s standard service level agreement (SLA).
• Occasionally meets with clients via videoconferencing or phone calls as needed.

Task Coordination

• Efficiently coordinates tasks among team members to ensure the seamless execution of support requests.

Minor Web Development & Troubleshooting

• Performs content edits and minor updates on WordPress websites.
• Troubleshoots basic technical issues and implements quick fixes where applicable.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with WHMCS is a plus.
• Background in web development is beneficial.

Tools & Applications Used

• Slack – Internal communication and coordination.
• Web Browsers (preferably Chrome) – General web access and WordPress development.
• Toky – Voice and call-based support.
• WHMCS (Web-Based) – Support and client management.

Working Arrangement: Part-time; Fixed Hours - (9am-1pm EST)

Rate: $5/hour
